Captain Davila is a native of Coamo, Puerto Rico. He initially enlisted in the Army Reserve in August 1990 as an Operating room Technician. He received his commission as a Chemical Officer through the Reserve Officer Training Corps from the University of Puerto Rico in January 1994. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry and Environmental) in December 1993. Captain Davila's military schools include the Operating Room Technician Course, Airborne Course, Officer Basic Course, Officer Advance Course, Combined Arms and Service Staff Course, HAZMAT Course and the Unit Movement Course. Captain Davila's previous assignments include Battalion Chemical Officer in the 2nd/ 6th Infantry Battalion, 1st Armored Division in Baumholder Germany and forward deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina. He also serve as the Division Artillery Chemical Officer for the 4th Infantry Division Artillery in Fort Hood Texas. Captain Davila's Awards include the Army Commendation Medal with one Oak Leaf Clusters, National Defense Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Superior Unit Award, NATO Medal and the Parachutist Badge. Captain Davila is married to the former Victoria Mendez from San Juan, Puerto Rico. They have two children, Bryan and Joseph. His family currently resides in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

Sergeant First Class Bret A. Dodd was born on 11 February 1962 in a small farming community of Dinuba, California. He enlisted in the Army in July 1980 into the delayed entry program. In August 1980 he entered active duty service and attending the Military Police One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Ft. McClellan, Alabama, to become a Military Policeman (MOS 95B). SFC Dodd's military schools include Military Police Basic Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Technical Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers Course, Advanced Special Reaction Team Course, Unit Armor Course, Site Security Course, Military Police Training Course, Alcohol Drug Coordinators Course, and US ARMY Recruiter Course. SFC Dodd's pervious assignments include Security Guard, C Battery 2nd Battalion 1st Air Defense Artillery Command, 32nd ADCOM, Mainz, Germany. Squad Leader, 411th Military Police Company, 720th Military Police Battalion, Fort Hood Texas. Squad Leader, 165th Military Police Company, 59th Ordinance Bridge, Fischbach, Germany. Platoon Sergeant, 10th Military Police Company, Platoon Sergeant 511th Military Police Company, Fort Drum New York and forward deployed to Panama for Operation Just Cause, performing duties as a Personal Security Officer. Army Recruiter, Laconia Recruiting Station, Laconia New Hampshire, Platoon Sergeant and Squad Leader 501st Military Police, 1st Armored Division, Bad Kreuznach Germany forward deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina as a Personal Security Officer. Operations Sergeant, Director of Public Safety and Platoon Sergeant, Military Police Company, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. He is currently assigned as the Detachment Sergeant for Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment and the Operations Sergeant for Security, Plans Operations and Training for the USACAP. SFC Dodd's Awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with seven Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Achievement Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal 6th Award, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal 1 Bronze Service Star, Armed Forces Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon 3rd Award, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon 5th Award, and the NATO Medal. US Army Recruiter Badge Gold with 3 Gold Star Sapphires, German Marksmanship Badge Gold, Joint Meritorious Unit Award and the Army Superior Unit Award.
SFC Dodd is married to the former Kimberly Herren from Sunapee, New Hampshire. They have two daughters , Samantha and Alexandria. His family is currently resides in Laconia, New Hampshire.
