CPT Daxton T. Stilwell

CPT Stilwell attended the United States Military Academy at WestPoint, New York. Graduating the class of 1996, CPT Stilwell became commissioned into the regular army, and received a bachelors of science in the environmental science/systems engineering. His military schooling includes the Military Police Officer Basic Course, the Military Police Advance Course, the Combined Arms Service Staff School and the Master Fitness Trainer Course.

CPT Stilwell's previous assignments include Platoon Leader 258th Military Police Company, Platoon Leader 204th Military Police Company, Assistant Operations Officer 519th Military Police Battalion. CPT Stilwell deployed as part of Joint Endeavor and Joint Guard to Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1996. He assumed command of the Military Police Company, United States Chemical Activity, Pacific in August of 2000.

CPT Stilwell's awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, the Army Achievement Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Armed Forces Service Medal, and the NATO Medal.

1SG Lula J. Brownlee

1SG Brownlee is a native of McCormick, SC. She joined the Army in July of 1979 as a Military Policeman.

First Sergeant Brownlee's previous assignments include Platoon Sergeant, Operations Sergeant and Provost Sergeant at Fort Sam Houston, TX; Equal Opportunity Advisor at Fort Shafter Military Police Company, HI; Operational Readiness Evaluator, Headquarters, Sixth United States Army, Presidio of San Francisco; Squad Leader, 529th Military Police Company, Heidelberg, Germany; Drill Sergeant, D/ 787 Military Police Battalion, Fort McClellan, AL; Team Leader, Combat Support Coordinating Team #3, Korea; Military Police Fort Jackson, SC; Military Police, 502nd Military Police Police Company. Fort Hood, TX. She assumed duties as the First Sergeant of the Military Police Company, USACAP in April 2000.

1SG Brownlee's military includes the Primary Leadership Development Course, the Military Police Basic and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Courses, First Sergeant's Course, Drill Sergeants Course, Battle Staff Non-Commissioned Officer, Equal Opportunity Management Course, Domestic Violence Intervention, Child Abuse Prevention Investigative Techniques, Family Advocacy Staff Training.

1SG Brownlee has a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. She is working on a dual Masters in Human Resource Management and Computer Resource Management.

Her awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (1 Oak Leaf Cluster), Army Commendation Medal (3 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), and the Drill Sergeant Badge.

1SG Brownlee is married to Randy who resides at San Antonio, TX. They have one child, Randy Jr. (16) who is attending Madison High School in San Antonio.
